Access you control
Each Care Space has an account owner. Patients are the people you care for. Care Connections are the people with ongoing access — Care Managers who help coordinate, and Family Viewers who stay informed. You decide who is connected and what they can see. Connecting someone is free.
How we protect data
- Traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.
- Files live in access-controlled cloud storage.
- Care data is scoped to the Care Space and the Care Connections you authorize.
- On the web portal, your session ends when you close the tab unless you choose “Keep me signed in”.
Your trusted circle
You decide who is connected. You can remove a Care Connection at any time. Partner or facility spaces that only show a feed are set up separately.
